Three Kinds of Stillness: stillness of the body like a mountain; stillness of the breath like a calm lake; stillness of the mind like the deep blue sky. - Sarah Powers

Join me for this 5 night drop-in series of explorations in slowing down, releasing tension and surrendering in to deep rest. A yin yoga practice will be followed by a fully guided and extended savasana.

Classes will be recorded and participants will receive a download link after practice.

By Donation - all proceeds will support the Center for Anti-Racist Research at Boston University, founded by Dr. Ibram X. Kendi. https://www.bu.edu/antiracist-center/

Comfortable clothes to move in, and any props you might already have at home. Pillows and towels will work, and you do not need a mat for Yin-style practice, although it is suggested. Socks/layers are recommended.

What Style of Physical Practice is class?

Yin Yoga primarily targets connective tissue, such as fascia, and is characterized by long, passive, floor-based holds supported by props. Options and modifications will be offered through-out class.
