May the Force Be with You Drop In Series

Tuesdays - Sept 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th

6-7:30pm pst on Zoom

Join me for this 4 night drop-in series of explorations in engaging your life force energy (prana) through flowing movement and extended breathwork. Engage in two longer pranayama practices each session, plus class flows for clearing out stagnation and activating fresh energy.

(Plus copious Star Wars references ;) )

Attend class when you can or join for all 4!

Can’t make it live? Classes will be recorded & you can receive the download link.

Investment: $10/class as drop ins. Save $5 and sign up for all 4 for $35.

How Do I Register for Class?

  1. Submit your payment through PayPal (paypal.me/sarahcutfield) or e-transfer (sarahcutfieldyoga@gmail.com) before Tuesday at 5:30pm pst. Registration will close at 5:30pm pst. Please make sure to include your email address and which class your payment is for!

  2. A unique Zoom link and password will be emailed to you!

What Do I Need for Class?

Comfortable clothes to move in, a mat, and any props you might already have at home.

What Style of Physical Practice is class?

Class is an all-levels accessible hatha/vinyasa style practice. Options and modifications for ease or challenge will be offered through-out class. Alternatives for the pranayama exercises will also be offered.
